Jay has been working with Certified Financial Services, LLC as a Registered Representative of Park Avenue Securities LLC (PAS) since 2015. He utilizes advanced financial strategies to help families and business owners organize, protect, grow, and preserve wealth. He specializes in the areas of asset protection and estate conservation. With over 25 years of financial services experience, he focuses on implementing strategies that will help his clients achieve their unique financial goals. He is licensed to sell insurance in several states including CT, MA, and NY.

As a strong believer in financial education, Jay has contributed to educational seminars and workshops on topics including asset and income protection, retirement strategies and the issues surrounding long term care. Jay and his wife Munlemvo, reside in South Windsor, CT, and have three adult children. He is actively involved with his church, small business development and networking organizations. Jay serves on the Board of Directors for local and regional youth soccer organizations and is a member of the Central Connecticut Association of Football Officials.
