Michael Palumbo was born and raised in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He earned his bachelor’s in communications from Kean University in 18 months. After graduation, Michael helped control the finances of his family business, giving him life experience in the business world. His mother unfortunately had to step down as owner due to unforeseen back surgery. She was then advised to sell her businesses to have a healthy retirement. It was during this time Michael started to research more about the financial services industry. After learning if they had the proper insurance in place, not just investments, his mother would have never sold the business, and she would’ve received her salary tax-free until she was 70 years old. That was the conviction he needed to start his career in the industry.

After being in the shoes of his clientele, Michael is extra attentive to his clients, focusing on their core mission using active listening. The business he created strives to teach his clients the proper developments for a stable financial future. During his 6-year career, he became a specialist in small business strategies government pensions/benefits, and corporate benefits with a large focus on 401k/RSU/ESPP options. His mission for his practice is to create efficient ways to grow with integrity and courage. When we plan together, we win together!
